TRANSMUTART

[TECH WEARABLES > TRANSMUTART]12.2020-02.2021Córdoba, Argentina

EXHIBITION

Gajo's first impression of the Alaska brand was surreal, so they decided to be inspired by artists like Kay Sage, Leonora Carrington and Remedios Varo, among others.

The idea was to build an imaginary stage where each piece fit into a parallel reality.

‘Transmutart’ collection is inspired by the human body as a means of expression, creating in the contemporary world with an eye on what is to come, combining the past and the future in a different version of the present through the fusion of technology and craftsmanship, defining the aesthetics and morphology of each piece.

This series of pieces and photographs were selected for an exclusive exhibition at The White Lodge contemporary art gallery.

‘Transmutart’ collection is inspired by the human body as a means of expression, under the influence of identity formation so as a continuous transit, a constant becoming.

This collection represents an exploration of fabrics, shapes, and textures. A look into the future of fashion with the latest technology.
